Randy has been serving as the Lead Pastor of Calvary Church since February, 2016. A native of Queens, NY, Randy graduated from Valley Forge Christian College in 1987 and has been engaged in full-time ministry ever since. Randy has a passion to bring people to an understanding of the Good News of Jesus Christ in order to lead them into a personal encounter with Jesus which will transform their life, filling it with His presence and purpose. He believes that God’s purpose for Calvary Church is to be a place where broken people are restored and rebels return to God.
Randy has been married to the love of his life, Christine, for 35 years and is blessed to be the father of two amazing adult sons, Peter and Evan.

Christine Eliason
Children's Ministry Pastor
Christine Eliason is our Children’s Ministry Pastor, providing leadership to all of our Calvary Kids Ministries birth through 5th grade. Christine has extensive experience working with children inside and outside the church including teaching Sunday school, coordinating Girls’ Ministries, serving as a youth leader, directing summer vacation bible schools, leading missions teams, as well as directing and teaching children’s church.
Christine has three passions for Calvary’s Kids’ Ministry:

- to create safe, age-appropriate, engaging experiences that develop the faith of our children
- to develop and empower a Children’s Ministry Team that is trained and prepared to lead those experiences
- to resource parents to be the primary disciplers of their children.
Shawn Sanderson
Student Ministries Pastor
Shawn is a native of the Washington D.C area and a proud graduate of Cheyney University where he earned a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Special Education. He has amassed over twenty years of experience serving families with high-risk children in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas through counseling and family therapy.
Shawn and his beautiful wife, Chiana, have four children: Ariana, Joshua, Jaylen, and Alexia.
Shawn’s guiding life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6: Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path! By God’s Grace,
Shawn’s mission is to empower the youth of Calvary to develop, grow, and maintain a strong, healthy relationship with the Lord, and to “Re-Charge” this generation of young people by teaching the Word of God with power and passion, one child at a time!

Mehnmah Washington
Worship and Creative Arts Pastor
Originally from Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa. Mehnmah has always had a heart for worship and has been in ministry for over 35 years. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Worship Studies and is currently pursuing a D.Min in Pastoral Counseling.
Mehnmah desires for the Worship & Creative Arts ministry to serve as Calvary’s venue of wholehearted worship to God with a Spirit of Excellence. She lives by Jeremiah 29:11 & 13 and truly believes that God has a plan for each of our lives that is only intended to do good and not harm. And she strives to live a life that is perpetually seeking God.
Mehnmah has two sons, Gilbert and his wife Jessie; David and his wife Taylor; three bonus daughters, Candice, Brianna, and Daisia and two granddaughters, Mikayla and Adalynn.

Rev. Jongseung Park
Assistant Minister
Jongseung came to the U.S. from South Korea with a strong passion for nurturing diversity within the church and advancing missional ministries in a multicultural urban setting. With over 6 years of experience in Children and Adult Ministry in Korea, he earned his M.Div from Korea Theological Seminary and a Th.M in Missional Hermeneutics from Missio Seminary (formerly Biblical Theological Seminary) in the U.S.
As an Assistant Minister, Jongseung is dedicated to spreading the church's message beyond its walls, managing and sharing content across various media platforms.
He is blessed with a supportive wife and three children—one son, one daughter, and another daughter on the way. Jongseung is committed to guiding individuals to Christ, engaging the community in God's mission, and developing strategies to meet missional goals. He continues to deepen his understanding of the missional church and missional hermeneutics.

Leticia Aguilar Cruz
Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
Leticia is a dedicated spiritual and organizational leader, performing internal accounting and administrative duties that support Calvary's financial health in accordance with the church's financial policies.
