KNOW JESUS

Knowing God is the heart of Christianity. This class is essential for everyone whether you are exploring Christianity, a new Christian, or have been a Christian for many years.
A Christian is someone who LEARNS to KNOW who JESUS is so he/she can LIVE to FOLLOW Jesus, and then to SHARE Jesus with others.
In this lesson we will address two foundational questions. The first is: Do we have access to truth? The second is: Do we have access to the truth about Jesus? The good news is that the answer to both of these questions is a resounding "YES!"
This lesson is the first of two lessons focusing on the nature of Jesus. In order to fully understand Jesus' actions, we need to first understand who Jesus actually was and is. Was Jesus an ordinary man, an extraordinary man, or more than a man? Let's find out.
In this lesson we will explore the evidence that leads to belief in the true humanity of Jesus. Does the witness to the deity of Jesus negate his humanity? Did Jesus stop being "God" when he was born as a man? Let's find out.
In lesson three we learned that the incarnation - the grand miracle by which Jesus, God the Son, assumed a human nature - was an expression of His love for us. In this lesson we will explore what Jesus came to earth to do for us and why what he did is the greatest demonstration of love ever known to man.
In this lesson we will continue to explore what Jesus accomplished for us, as a demonstration of love for us, through his life, death and resurrection. Because of his death for us condemnation is gone and because of his resurrection for us regeneration has come.
In this lesson we will shift our focus from what Jesus has accomplished for us through his life, death and resurrection to what he is doing now and is yet to do in the future. This lesson explores the indestructible hope possessed by those who have become children of the Father through faith in His Son.
We conclude our study of the person and work of Jesus by turning our attention to the two most vital questions Jesus posed to his disciples. These two questions are the true tests of the Christian faith. A Christian is defined by his or her response to these two questions.
